Joint Transnational Call 2024 “Water for Circular Economy” – 27 Projects Recommended for Funding
The Water4All Partnership is pleased to announce that 27 transnational research and innovation projects have been recommended for funding under the Joint Transnational Call 2024 on the theme “Water for Circular Economy.” These projects were selected from a highly competitive pool of international proposals and are now pending final approval by the respective national funding organizations. They represent a diverse range of innovative approaches to tackle key challenges in water management and circular economy.

The four topics of this third call:
- Enhancement of water circularity in industries.
- Urban water circularity.
- Resource recovery and valorization.
- Economic, environmental and social implications of water reuse and recovered products
This call marks a significant step forward in promoting cross-border collaboration and innovation in the water sector. The selected projects are set to deliver impactful solutions that support the transition to a more sustainable and circular water economy. They will provide solutions to develop new circular feedstocks and value chains, increase water resource efficiency, improve water allocation, and optimize water use in water-dependent sectors.
