The Observing Partners Board is gathering a range of Partners interested in following the development of the Partnership, and even in participating in some actions on a voluntary basis, without EC funding and related contractual commitment towards the EC.
The Observing Partners Board has a flexible composition, adjusted by decision of the Water4All Governing Board. The Observing Partners Board status is including:
- Partners not eligible to be Water4All Members, but interested in contributing to some activities (e.g., non-legal entities, private companies, networks…)
- Partners getting involved or planning to get involved in some activities in the course of the Partnership
- Partners integrating the consortium and awaiting the signature of the related amendment to the Grant Agreement to start their activities. In practical, this covers the period from now to June 2026
